- טַצְדְּקָא I m., pl. טַצְדְּקֵי (= אִצְטַ׳; צדק, v. Pesik. Zutr. to Gen. 44:16) excuse, subterfuge. Men.41a ט׳ למיפטרוכ׳ you want excuses to free yourself from the duty of wearing show-fringes. (For the phonetic inflection of our and the following wds., cmp. Nöld. Mand. Gramm. § 49.
